Abstract
The aim of this experiment was to improve the growth titer of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae strain Y,and to provide a reference for the development and production of porcine mycoplasmal pneumonia vaccine.In this experiment,glucose was used as the carbon source of culture medium,and culture medium with different glucose content(1.25,5.00,7.50,10.00,12.50 g/L)was selected for resuscitation and transmission of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae strain Y.The color change unit(CCU)counting test was performed on the bacterial solution of different generations.The results showed that the CCU count of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae strain Y was the highest when the glucose content was 7.50 g/L,and the CCU count of each growth generation in this group was the highest among the five groups of the same generation.In all generations,the lowest CCU counts were in Group 1(medium glucose content 1.25 g/L)and Group 5(medium glucose content 12.50 g/L).The results showed that the most suitable medium for the growth of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae strain Y was 7.50 g/L glucose content,and the CCU count of the resuscitated and transcultured Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae strain Y was significantly higher than that of other groups,and the growth state was relatively stable.关键词
