角蛋白酶对牛血液蛋白的酶解效果研究
Study on the enzymatic hydrolysis effect of keratinase on bovine blood proteins

Abstract
The study conducted research on the enzymatic hydrolysis of livestock blood to provide a reference for the rational treatment of poultry and livestock blood.Using bovine blood as the sample,keratinase was employed for blood enzymatic hydrolysis experiments.Four factors-Sample pH,enzyme dosage,hydrolysis temperature,and hydrolysis time-were investigated through single-factor and orthogonal experiments to examine their effects on the degree of hydrolysis under different enzymatic conditions and optimize the process parameters.The results showed that the optimal enzymatic hydrolysis conditions for bovine blood protein were:pH 9,enzyme dosage 3.75%,temperature 65℃,and duration 28 hours,achieving a hydrolysis degree of 49.66% under these conditions.The study demonstrates that keratinase exhibits favorable enzymatic hydrolysis effects on bovine blood protein,providing valuable insights for rational recycling of livestock blood,reducing resource waste,and alleviating environmental pollution issues.关键词
