Analysis of Nutritional Niches of Three Rodent Species in the Shrub Habitat of Zhangguangcai Mountain based on DNA Metabarcoding
摘要
Abstract
Using DNA metabarcoding technology,the dietary analysis of stomach contents was conducted for three rodent species in the shrub habitat of the Zhangguangcai Mountains:the grey red-backed vole(Myodes rufoca-nus),the striped field mouse(Apodemus agrarius),and the Korean field mouse(Apodemus peninsulae).The study aimed to determine their trophic niches and clarify their interspecific relationships.关键词
