Building Consensus Through Orderly Interests Expression:Analysis of the Advantages of the CPPCC System

Abstract
Fully leveraging the role of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC)is of great value to promoting the construction of national democratic politics and enhancing the level of national governance.From a micro perspective,the CPPCC plays a unique role in orderly expression of interests within the political system.This function was formed in the historical practice of the Communist Party of China(CPC)leading the revolution,and was consolidated through the unique composition of the CPPCC.In the policy process,the orderly expression of interests by the CPPCC plays an important role in promoting the formation of policy agendas,policy decision-making,and policy feedback.In a comparative sense,the orderly expression of interests by the CPPCC has the advantages of authority,representativeness,and effectiveness.Better utilizing the orderly expression of interests function of the CPPCC has a positive effect on enhancing the institutional efficiency of the CPPCC and building consensus.关键词
