摘要

Abstract

This paper takes the electric razor shell plastic parts as the research object,according to the moulding difficulties of the plastic parts,the mould is designed with a latent gate to ensure the surface quality of the plastic parts;in order to ensure that the plastic parts side holes,diagonal holes and snap mechanism molding were designed for the core extraction mechanism of the fixed and moving moulds;and at the same time,a fixed-pitch parting mechanism is designed to ensure that the moulds three times the parting and the smooth release of the mould,the structural design of this injection mould is reasonable,and it can provide a certain reference for the moulding of the same kind of shells and plastic parts.The structural design of the injection mould is reasonable,and it can provide certain reference for the moulding of similar plastic parts of shells.
