摘要

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of high-tech,the mold industry has also achieved synchronous development,among which research on copper alloy mold materials is particularly significant.This article summarizes the relevant research in the field of copper alloy mold materials at home and abroad,especially the current research status of mold materials with key performance indicators such as high strength and high conductivity,high strength and high elasticity,high strength and corrosion resistance,ultra-high conductivity,and high heat resistance.At the same time,the performance characteristics of different copper alloy mold materials were introduced.
