数字化加工技术在异形件加工中的应用研究

摘要
Abstract
This paper combinds the CAM function of UG NX12.0 software and the simulation function of VERICUT 9.0 software.Firstly,the three-dimensional models of the special-shaped part eccentric shaft and special tooling are constructed by using UG NX12.0 software,which can be used to generate tool processing paths and numerical control programs.Then,a virtual three-axis numerical control machining center equipped with FANUC system and its tool library are established.The VERICUT9.0 software is used to realistically simulate the machining state of parts,and the tool path,machining parameters and machining programs of parts are analyzed and optimized.Finally,by comparing the actual machining process of parts with the simulation results,it is verified that numerical control simulation machining can effectively improve the machining efficiency of parts,and the optimized numerical control program can make parts obtain better surface finish and dimensional accuracy.关键词
