煤液化沥青转化过程中循环溶剂典型供氢组分的相互作用规律研究
Study on interaction of typical hydrogen-donating components in recycling solvents during conversion process of coal liquefaction asphaltene

Abstract
In order to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing composition of high-performance recycling solvents,it is necessary to clarify the interaction of typical hydrogen-donating components in recycling solvents during the conversion process of coal liquefied asphaltene and their effects on solvent performances.The influence of hydrogen-donating component types and solvent/asphaltene mass ratios(3∶1 and 5∶1)on the hydrogenation behaviors of coal liquefied asphaltene was investigated.Dihydro-anthracene(DHA)and indane(IND)were mixed with tetralin(THN)as hydrogen-donating solvents in this investigation.The results indicate that at the solvent/asphaltene mass ratios(3∶1 and 5∶1),the oil-water yield continuously decreases with the increasing mass frac-tion of DHA or IND.The coke yield initially decreases and then increases as the mass fraction of DHA increases,while it first decreases and then increases as the mass fraction of IND increases.The gas yields decrease with the increasing mass fraction of DHA but increase with the increasing mass fraction of IND.Hydrogen consumption continuously increases throughout the process.Additionally,as the mass fraction of DHA or IND increases from 25%to 75%,the conversion of asphaltene con-tinuously decreases with the increase of DHA mass fraction,while it gradually increases with increas-ing IND mass fraction.For both types of blended solvents,the oil-water yield and conversion are lower at the solvent/asphaltene mass ratio of 5:1 than at the mass ratio of 3∶1.Under both solvent/asphaltene mass ratios(3∶1 and 5∶1),the measured oil-water yields of both blended solvents are higher than the theoretical values,indicating a synergistic effect between DHA or IND and THN during direct hydrogenation process.The synergistic effect between DHA and THN is more pro-nounced at the solvent/asphaltene mass ratio of 3∶1,whereas the synergistic effect between IND and THN is slightly stronger at the solvent/asphaltene mass ratio of 5∶1.关键词
