Abstract
To extend the industrial chain of direct coal liquefaction products and improve the added value and economy of the direct coal liquefaction industry,this study utilized hydrogenated sta-bilized oil derived from the Shenhua Ordos plant as a raw material for the transformer oil production through hydrofining-hydroisomerization-distillation cutting route.In the first hydrofining experi-ments,RNC-2 was used as the catalyst on a 300 mL continuous hydrogenation unit.The influence of reaction temperature and liquid space velocity(LSV)on the properties of hydrogenated products and aromatic saturation reactions were investigated.Results show that increasing the reaction temperature or decreasing the LSV leads to higher hydrogen consumption and gas yield.Meanwhile,the conver-sion ratio of aromatics increases with higher reaction temperature and decreases with higher LSV.Among the aromatic compounds,polycyclic aromatics exhibit the highest saturation rate,followed by di-aromatics and mono-aromatics.Subsequently,the hydrofining product was used as the feedstock for the second-stage hydroisomerization experiment,conducted in a 30 mL continuous hydrogenation unit using THDW-5 as the catalyst.In the conditions of 15 MPa pressure,350℃temperature,and a LSV of 1.2 h-1,the product oil exhibits significantly improved properties.The pour point decreases markedly from-12℃to-45℃,and the sulfur and nitrogen contents are reduced to below 1 mg/L.Finally,the two-stage hydrogenated product was subjected to true boiling point distillation to obtain a 280℃‒295℃fraction.Physicochemical analysis of this fraction confirms its suitability as I-30℃grade transformer oil.关键词
