煤热解及煤焦气化和煤焦低温氧化过程的原位拉曼光谱研究
Study on pyrolysis of coal,gasification and low temperature oxidation of coal char by in-situ Raman spectroscopy analysis

Abstract
Solid structure characterization is an important approach to reveal mechanism of thermochemical conversion of coal.At present,in-situ characterization research on solid structure in thermochemical conversion process of coal is relatively lacking.In this study,carbon structure evolu-tion during pyrolysis of single coal particle,gasification and low temperature oxidation of coal char was studied by the in-situ Raman spectrometer.The results show that macromolecular of coal go through two stages of pyrolysis and aromatic ring fusion during coal pyrolysis.A large number of side chain groups are broken in pyrolysis stage,and molecular size increases in aromatic ring fusion stage.During coal char gasification,area shrinkage ratio of coal char decreases with the increase of particle size.Coal char gasification leads to graphitization evolution of carbon structure,and graphitization evolution is delayed with the increase of particle size.The formation of oxygen-containing structure in early and middle stages of low temperature oxidation of coal char results in the decrease of carbon structure graphitization degree.With consumption of disordered carbon structure,carbon microcrystal-line structure of carbon matrix gradually tends to be ordered,and unreacted carbon forms highly ordered graphite-like structure at the late stage.关键词
