机械化学改性对煤矸石内源重金属赋存形态及Cd,Cu和Pb吸附性能的影响
Effects of mechanochemical-modification on speciation of endogenous heavy metals in coal gangue and adsorbing Cd,Cu and Pb by coal gangue

Abstract
Mechano-chemical modification,as a common modification method that iscost-effective and environmentally friendly,usually changes the size and lattice structure of solid particles by ball mill to achieve modification.This study investigated the effects of mechano-chemical modifica-tion on the structural characteristics,the occurrence forms of endogenous heavy metal and the adsorp-tion performance of Cd(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ)and Pb(Ⅱ)of coal gangue.The results show that the surface of the modified coal gangue is rougher and more porous than the untreated coal gangue.The mechano-chemical modification promotes the transformation of endogenous heavy metals in coal gangue from oxidizable states to weakly acid-extractable and reducible states,but its environmental risk is still low,indicating its potential as an environmentally functional material.The adsorption capacities of coal gangue for Cd(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ)and Pb(Ⅱ)are significantly enhanced through mechano-chemical modifi-cation,with the maximum adsorption amounts of 6.73 mg/g,5.69 mg/g and 13.94 mg/g,respec-tively,and the adsorption amount of modified coal gangue increases with the increase of the initial pH value of the solution(2‒6).The adsorption processes of modified coal gangue for Cd(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ)and Pb(Ⅱ)conform to the pseudo-second-order adsorption kinetics model,and Langmuir,Freun-dlich and Temkin adsorption isotherm models,which indicates that the adsorption process is domi-nated by chemisorption.In addition,the adsorption mechanisms of modified coal gangue for Cd(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ)and Pb(Ⅱ)mainly involve complexation reactions and electrostatic adsorption.In summary,the mechano-chemical modification effectively enhances the adsorption performance of coal gangue,without significantly affecting the occurrence forms of endogenous heavy metal and environmental risk of coal gangue,which provides scientific basis and theoretical support for the safe and effective utiliza-tion of coal gangue.关键词
