中央苏区劳动教育的创新发展与当代启示
Innovative development and contemporary inspiration of labor education in the Central Soviet Area
摘要
Abstract
During the period of the Central Soviet Area,the CPC inherited and developed Marxist labor education i-deas and carried out new labor education activities.The CPC and Soviet Government during the Central Soviet Area not only innovated the concept of labor education,respected labor and the working people,guided the common peo-ple to establish the concept of labor as the Soviet revolution,awakened the subject identity consciousness of women workers,but also organized labor competitions,formulated the Labor Law of the Chinese Soviet Republic,and estab-lished advanced models to carry out new labor education practices.The labor education during the Central Soviet Ar-ea stimulated the enthusiasm of the people for labor and promoted the economic development in the Central Soviet Area,promoted social mobilization work and enhance the political identity of the people,promoted Marxist theoreti-cal education,and improved the theoretical level of the entire party and society.The experience of labor education in the Central Soviet Area reveals to us that labor education in the new era should adhere to the Marxist concept of the value of labor,adhere to the interaction and integration of labor theory education and labor practice,and give full play to the role of the"family+school+society"synergy.关键词
