导学共同体视域下创新研究生思想政治教育模式
Innovating ideological and political education model for postgraduates from perspective of advisor-postgraduate community
摘要
Abstract
The advisor-postgraduate relationship is a fundamental relationship in the process of graduate education.In response to the problems existing in the current process of ideological and political education of postgraduates,such as the gap between the requirements of the times and the endogenous needs of talent cultivation,the conflict between advisor and postgraduate caused by the weak responsibility or authority,and the poor operation of the syner-gistic mechanism of the organizational elements and other practical dilemmas,this paper introduces the concept of advisor-postgraduate community so as to give full play to the role of supervisors and graduate students as the main body,and constructs a"school-teacher-student"educating model in the advisor-postgraduate community,which cov-ers all cultivation links and connects all elements of education.This paper proposes that the postgraduate education should emphasize the orientation of educating people and strengthen the advisor's responsibility of cultivating peo-ple with moral integrity,improve the cultivation mechanism and shape the equal and harmonious advisor-postgradu-ate relationship,and strengthen the guarantee mechanism and create a pluralistic atmosphere of collaborative cultiva-tion and other innovative paths,so as to continuously improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of postgraduates.关键词
