产教融合视域下应用型高校专业学位研究生创新能力培养的影响因素与路径探索
Influencing factors and path exploration for cultivating innovation capability of professional postgraduates in application-oriented universities from perspective of industry-education integration

Abstract
Professional postgraduates currently face challenges such as the disconnection between theoretical learn-ing and practical application,as well as weak engineering practice capabilities.Based on the individual-environment interaction theory and change theory,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of factors influencing the in-novation capability of professional postgraduates.The system encompasses such seven dimensions as education,teaching,supervisors,students,society,practice,and innovation environment.Through questionnaire surveys and sta-tistical analysis,the specific indicators and their weights were determined.The findings reveal that the"student di-mension"and"education dimension"are key factors influencing innovation capability.Accordingly,the study pro-poses cultivation paths that optimize educational resource allocation,deepen industry-education integration,and fos-ter a supportive innovation environment.Practical results demonstrate that the cultivation model from the perspective of industry-education integration significantly enhances postgraduates'capabilities in combining theory with prac-tice,developing innovative thinking,and producing outcomes.This study provides theoretical foundations and practi-cal references for the cultivation of professional postgraduates in application-oriented universities.关键词
