环境规制对城市异质性绿色技术创新的影响
Impact of environmental regulation on urban heterogeneity of green technology innovation:empirical analysis based on implementation of"Water Ten"Policy
摘要
Abstract
Taking the implementation of the"Water Ten"Policy as a quasi-natural experiment,we use a multiplica-tive difference model to examine the impact of the policy on different types of green technology innovation in cities.The study finds that the implementation of the"Water Ten"policy is generally conducive to the enhancement of green technological innovation in cities with serious water pollution.The policy promotes simple green innovations but has no significant effect on complex green innovations.It significantly promotes the development of exploitative green innovations but inhibits exploratory green innovations.In addition,the positive effect of the policy on green technological innovation is more pronounced in cities with higher levels of water pollution and in resource-dependent cities.Compared with diversified agglomerations,specialized agglomerations in cities are more conducive to optimi-zing the impacts of the"Water Ten"Policy on complex green innovations and exploratory green innovations.关键词
