大学生学业表现影响因素分析及精准干预研究
Influencing factors and precision intervention in academic performance of college students
摘要
Abstract
Academic performance,as a core indicator of students'knowledge acquisition and ability development,is crucial for evaluating the effectiveness of the higher education system.However,when assessing academic perform-ance,institutions of higher education tend to focus too much on outcome orientation,neglecting the importance of students'engagement in the learning process,learning ability,and non-cognitive skills such as emotional manage-ment.To comprehensively and deeply explore the key factors affecting college students'academic performance,this paper designs the influencing factors of college students'academic performance from three dimensions:personal characteristics,learning investment,and social and demographic characteristics.Through questionnaire surveys and data statistical analysis,we have identified the specific influencing factors and their weights,and proposed a rational and effective system of influencing factors on college students'academic performance,and put forward effective measures for precise intervention in college students'academic performance.This study not only helps colleges and universities to assess students'academic performance more comprehensively and scientifically,but also provides an important reference for the continuous improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities.关键词
