Class management path for talent cultivation in modern industry colleges
摘要
Abstract
The construction of modern industry colleges is an important measure to promote the classified develop-ment and characteristic development of universities.The class is the main organizational carrier for college students'self-education,self-management,and self-service.Based on the guiding philosophy of China's modern industry col-lege construction to"cultivate a large number of high-quality applied,composite,and innovative talents needed by the industry,and provide talent support and intellectual support to enhance industrial competitiveness and gather new drivers for development,"we have explored the class management paths for talent cultivation in the modern in-dustry colleges from four aspects:improving class career planning education,constructing a classified management system for classes,forming a dynamic management mechanism for classes,and establishing an evaluation system for training effects.Preliminary results have been achieved in practical application.关键词
