氧纳米气泡强化甘蓝修复铀污染土壤
Reinforcement Effects of Oxygen Nanobubbles on the Phytoremediation of Uranium Contaminated Soil by Brassica Oleracea

Abstract
The aim of this project is to investigate the effects of nanobubble water under different dissolved oxygen(DO)conditions on the growth of Brassica oleracea and the ac-cumulation of uranium.Brassica oleracea was chosen as the test plant,and a greenhouse experiment was conducted to explore the enhancement of phytoremediation of uranium-con-taminated soil by oxygen nanobubbles.The study assessed the impacts of oxygen nanobub-ble water under different DO conditions on Brassica oleracea biomass,uranium accumula-tion,antioxidant enzyme activity,and rhizosphere microbial community.When the DO values ranged from 22.4 to 42.2 mg/L,the total fresh weight of Brassica oleracea in-creased by 56.79%to 73.69%,and the uranium accumulation increased by 59.08%to 119.05%,with an increase in uranium accumulation coefficient of 2.27%to 28.87%.At a DO value of 28.9 mg/L,the activity of peroxidase(POD)in Brassica oleracea in-creased by 45.54%,while at a DO value of 32.0 mg/L,the activity of catalase(CAT)increased by 145.45%.Application of oxygen nanobubbles resulted in an increase in the proportion of microscillaceae bacteria and chitinophagaceae bacteria,enhancing the richness and diversity of the microbial community in Brassica oleracea rhizosphere.These results demonstrate that the application of oxygen nanobubbles significantly promoted the growth of Brassica oleracea and the accumulation of uranium when the DO values ranged from 22.4 to 42.2 mg/L.关键词
