高温对水生观赏植物组合修复富营养化水体效果的影响
Effects of high temperature on purification of aquatic ornamental plant combination treating eutrophic water

Abstract
[Objectives]This study aimed to investigate the potential adaptability of aquatic ornamental plant combination to high temperature and their ability to purify eutrophic water under warming conditions.[Methods]Three aquatic ornamental plant species including Iris pseudacorus,Nymphaea tetragona and Ceratophyllum demersum were used as experimental materials,and the changes of purification effects,growth and physiological characteristics of plant species combination at normal temperature(28℃by day/18℃at night),high temperature(34℃by day/24℃at night)and extremely high temperature(40℃by day/30℃at night)were studied in the hydroponics experiment for 28 days.[Results]Compared with normal temperature,high temperature enhanced the purification effect of plant combination and increased the removal rates of total phosphorus(TP),total nitrogen(TN)and chemical oxygen demand(COD)in the water body,reaching 99.25%,94.40%and 50.00%,respectively,while the concentration of dissolved oxygen(DO)significantly increased.However,the removal rates of TP,ammonia nitrogen(NH+4-N)and DO concentration significantly decreased at extremely high temperature.In addition,high temperature favored the growth of the three plants,promoted chlorophyll content,lowered relative electrical conductivity,and increased the accumulation of TN in each plant and TP in N.tetragona.However,only C.demersum was better adapted to extremely high temperature,while the growth of I.pseudacorus and N.tetragona were stressed.[Conclusions]High temperature could promote the restoration of eutrophic water body by the plant combination of I.pseudacorus+N.tetragona+C.demersum,but the plant combination as a whole was stressed,and the restoration efficiency was reduced at extremely high temperature.关键词
