番红花不同部位代谢组及黄酮类成分分析
Analysis of metabolome and flavonoids of different parts in Crocus sativus

Abstract
[Objectives]The paper aimed to compare the metabolite and flavonoid contents of different parts of Crocus sativus in order to provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of C.sativus non-medicinal resources.[Methods]The petals,pistils and stamens of C.sativus was conducted by LC-MS technology as test materials,and non-targeted metabolomics analysis of the samples.At the same time,a colorimetric method was used to determine the total flavonoid content in different parts,and ultra-performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)was used to determine the relatively high flavonoid content.[Results]The results showed that 851,825,and 877 metabolites were identified in petals,stamens and pistils,respectively;there were 769 metabolites in total among the three parts,and there were 4 unique metabolites in pistils and stamens;there were no unique metabolites in petals.The differential metabolites were mainly carboxylic acids and their derivatives,oxygen-containing organic compounds,and flavonoids.The number of up-regulated and down-regulated metabolites in petals relative to pistils were 237 and 251,respectively,among which 7 of the top 15 up-regulated compounds were flavonoids,and the differential metabolites were significantly enriched,in the flavonoid biosynthesis and flavonoid and flavonol biosynthesis pathways,mainly including kaempferol 3-O-glucoside,6-hydroxyflavonoids,quercetin,delphinidin,luteolin,diosmetin,etc.The colorimetric results showed that the flavonoids in the floral organs of crocus were mainly distributed in the petals.[Conclusions]Different parts of C.sativus were rich in metabolites,especially the petals were rich in flavonoids.关键词
