甘薯耐盐性综合评价及耐盐指标筛选
Comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance in sweetpotato and screening of salt tolerance parameters

Abstract
[Objectives]The purpose of this article was to excavate and utilize the salt-tolerant cultivars in sweetpotato germplasm resources,screen out sweetpotato cultivars with strong salt tolerance,and provide high-quality parental materials for the selection and genetic improvement of new cultivars of salt-tolerant sweetpotato.[Methods]Thirty sweetpotato cultivars from different regions were selected in this study,and were planted in normal(0.1%salinity,pH8.4)and saline-alkali fields(0.5%salinity,pH8.4)at Lianyungang Academy of Agricultural Sciences.Twelve indexes related to leaf photosynthetic parameters during sweetpotato tuberous root differentiation period and tuberous root yield and quality at harvest period were investigated and analyzed,the salt-tolerance coefficients of each index were calculated,and the principal component analysis,membership function analysis,regression analysis and cluster analysis were carried out to comprehensively evaluate the salt tolerance ability of sweetpotato cultivars during the whole growth period.[Results]Under salt stress,the variation coefficients for fresh weight and dry weight of tuberous root,fresh tuberous root yield,tuberous root Na+accumulation,shoot Na+content and leaf stomatal conductance were all more than 40%,while those of the starch content and drying rate for tuberous root were less than 10%.Based on the principal component analysis of the salt tolerance coefficients,the 12 indexes were converted into 5 principal components,accounting for 85.3%of the phenotypic variation,and the composite evaluation value D was calculated by the affiliation function method.Based on the results of systematic clustering of D values,the 30 sweetpotato cultivars were categorized into 4 classes(Ⅰ→Ⅳ,with reduced salinity tolerance):classⅠincluded 3 cultivars,class Ⅱ included 11 cultivars,class Ⅲ included 10 cultivars,and class Ⅳ included 6 cultivars.The classification of most cultivars was consistent with the results of systematic clustering analysis of salt tolerance coefficient.According to the own variety properties(high yield)of sweetpotato in the saline-alkali field,the 30 cultivars were divided into salt tolerance type,intermediate type and salt sensitive type.It was found that except for the drying rate tuberous root Na+content and shoot Na+content,there were highly significant correlations between D value and the salt tolerance coefficients of the other indicators(P<0.05).The salt tolerance evaluation equation for sweetpotato was established by stepwise regression analysis to predict the salt tolerance type of the tested cultivars,and the predicted value(D')was basically consistent with D value.[Conclusions]Leaf chlorophyll relative content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,water use efficiency,fresh weight and dry weight of tuberous root per plant,fresh tuberous root yield,tuberous root starch content and tuberous root Na+accumulation were selected as indicators to evaluate the salt tolerance of sweetpotato during the whole growth period;'Luoshu 15''Sushu 28''Xushu 37''Zhenghong 23''Zhenghong 22''Xushu 48''Qixu 37'and'Wanshu 18'were the salt tolerant sweetpotato cultivars.The results of variance analysis showed that the salt tolerant cultivars performed better than the intermediate and sensitive cultivars.关键词
