Abstract

To improve the security of wireless communication systems,this paper proposes an active re-configurable intelligent surface(ARIS)-assisted power splitting(PS)-simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT)secure transmission scheme based on PS-SWIPT models,named ARIS-PS-SWIPT.First,a secure energy efficiency(SEE)maximization problem is formulated incorporating both the EE and security of the ARIS-PS-SWIPT system.The beamforming vector of the base station,the re-flection coefficient matrix of the ARIS,and the PS ratio of the legitimate user are jointly optimized to en-hance the SEE of the system.Second,since the formulated problem is non-convex,the original problem is decomposed into three sub-problems by the alternating optimization(AO)algorithm.The optimal solu-tions of the sub-problems are obtained by semi-definite relaxation(SDR)and the Dinkelbach's method.Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed ARIS-PS-SWIPT scheme outperforms the PRIS-assisted PS-SWIPT(PRIS-PS-SWIPT)scheme and the amplify and forward-assisted PS-SWIPT(AF-PS-SWIPT)scheme in terms of SEE,and the proposed algorithm has higher adaptability to solve this type of problems and obtains higher SEE compared to the genetic algorithm(GA).
