三门峡水库汛期分期汛限水位运用方案研究
Study on the application scheme of staged flood control levels in Sanmenxia Reservoir

Abstract
The reservoir sedimentation and the elevation of Tongguan have long been the critical factors limit-ing the overall effectiveness of Sanmenxia Reservoir.Since the 21st century,the trendy reduction of sediment in the Yellow River and the implementation of ecological protection and high-quality development strategy in the Yellow River basin have created favorable internal conditions and external environment for the adjustment of the operation mode of Sanmenxia Reservoir.Based on the practice and experience of reservoir operation over the years,the scheme for raising the reservoir water level to 310/312 m during the post-flood season is pro-posed,and its associated reservoir safety and flood control risks and the comprehensive benefits are analyzed.The results indicate that the scheme will not have any adverse additional impacts on the flood control safety,the multi-year equilibrium in erosion and deposition of the reservoir and the stability of the Tongguan elevation,in contrast to the present scheme of 305 m.Furthermore,it can further optimize the comprehensive benefits re-lated to water resources utilization,ecological preservation,and hydropower generation in Sanmenxia Reser-voir.关键词
