Terrorism Financing and Its Regulatory Countermeasures in the Digital Financial Era
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]Digital finance has introduced new challenges to financial supervision and regulation.Terrorism financing through dark web digital financial systems is in the ascendant,and terrorism financing is a new risk in financial supervision and regulation.This article provides theoretical reference for relevant departments to formulate policies and regulations by studying terrorism financing and its supervision and regulation in the digital financial era.[Research method]Using case studies and literature analysis methods,this article systematically reviews the terrorism financing methods and regulatory targets in the digital financial era,and proposes countermeasures for terrorism financing supervision and regulation based on China's conditions.[Research result/conclusion]The regulatory countermeasures for terrorism financing in the digital financial era include the introduction and improvement of terrorism financing intelligence and data reg-ulations,the establishment of independent terrorism financing intelligence regulatory departments,and the construction of a data platform for terrorism financing supervision and regulation.The data platform for regulatory terrorism financing needs to focus on data standards,data sharing,data security,and effective information supervision and regulation.关键词
