The Digital Evolution of Terrorism:The Terrorism-Related Risks and Multidimensional Response of Generating Artificial Intelligence
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]This study aims to analyze the collision between the fifth wave of terrorism and generative artificial intelli-gence,explore the real risks of anti-terrorism brought about by the rise of generative artificial intelligence in terms of input content,output objects,transmission content,functional distortion,etc.,and then study the dilemma of combating terrorist crimes committed by genera-tive artificial intelligence,so as to provide a basis for formulating effective response strategies.[Research method]Through literature a-nalysis,case study,risk assessment,and combined with the theory of the wave of terrorism,a systematic analysis and explanation of the real risks and dilemmas of anti-terrorism brought about by the rise of generative artificial intelligence is made.[Research result/conclu-sion]Generative artificial intelligence technology has realistic and urgent terrorist threats such as changing cognition,generalizing objects,teaching methods,and launching cyber attacks,and the intensity of the threat will continue to increase with the high-speed iteration and upgrading of generative artificial intelligence.Coupled with the vulnerability of generative artificial intelligence itself and the limitations of preventive measures,it has already produced direct consequences such as encouraging the expansion of terrorist organizations and assisting in terrorist attacks.Terrorist organizations and individuals have repeatedly demonstrated the ability to innovate and adapt to emerging tech-nologies.The lack of imagination in counter-terrorism work may lead to fatal consequences.It is necessary to establish a legal response mechanism,carry out technical countermeasures,enhance defensive capabilities,and clarify the division of responsibilities to comprehen-sively prevent and address the terrorism-related risks caused by generative artificial intelligence.关键词
