Research on Intelligence Oversight:Retrospect and Prospect
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]Intelligence oversight helps to ensure the efficient and legal operation of intelligence work.At the same time,this field is also an important part of intelligence research.By understanding the research development process and main content of this field,we can discover the research deficiencies and provide possible directions for subsequent related discussions.[Research method]Using historical analysis method to sort out the research stage,using literature method to summarize and present the research progress,based on the above-mentioned research enlightenment,the research limitation and future direction are summarized.[Research result/conclusion]The research finds that the development process of intelligence oversight research is divided into budding period,rapid devel-opment period and comprehensive deepening period,and the main content includes intelligence accountability theory under the study of conceptual system,empirical discussion and change analysis under the study of institutional phenomena,and frontier issues such as interna-tional intelligence oversight.Based on the foregoing,this study finds that domestic related research still needs to pay attention to the limita-tions of research significance,research methods and research content.In the future,institutional improvement can be regarded as meaning orientation,theory generation and verification can be regarded as methodological guidance,and concept-institution-frontier can be regar-ded as content framework for discussion.关键词
