摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]Foreign media inquiries at the regular press conferences of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs(MFA)of the PRC serve as the primary and most convenient window for understanding China's foreign policy and diplomatic information.A systematic analysis of the characteristics, strategies, and impacts of these inquiries provides robust informational support and countermeasures for com-prehensively understanding the international community's doubts and concerns about China's diplomacy, accurately grasping international public opinion related to China, and efficiently responding to and resolving discourse traps.[Research method]By conducting a textual analysis of foreign journalists' questions at the Chinese MFA regular press conferences from 2020 to 2023,this study summarizes the types, characteristics, and discourse strategies of these inquiries and discusses their impacts.[Research result/conclusion]The research finds that foreign media exhibit significant antagonism, accountability, and arbitrariness on core interests and sensitive issues related to China's diplomacy, such as China's internal affairs, economy and technology, military and security, and relations with the United States and its al-lies.They frequently employ negative expressions,"stigmatization"labels, and multi-angle questioning strategies, which are evidently misleading and filled with numerous discourse traps. These not only negatively influence the bias of their reports but also affect the efficien-cy of bilateral communication and interaction.关键词
