Risk Warning Information Identification of Agricultural Product Supply Chain Based on LDA-fsQFD

Abstract
[Research purpose]The use of social media and big data can realize the transformation of agricultural product quality and safe-ty management from post-supervision to pre-prevention,and provide a basis for agricultural product supply chain risk management.[Re-search method]In this paper,topic model,fuzzy set and quality function deployment method are integrated into LDA-fsQFD model.The model identifies the characteristics of consumer demand and possible risk points of supply chain from social media comment data,uses fuzzy sets to calculate and analyze each part of the House of Quality,and finally calculates the priority of early warning information in the agricultural product supply chain,then critical control points are identified and risk warnings are implemented accordingly.[Research re-sult/conclusion]The example results show that the LDA-fsQFD model method can effectively identify the public's green consumption de-mand and expectation for agricultural products,and then transform it into key risk warning information in the supply chain.In addition,it can correctly establish the public concept of green consumption,regulate the green production behavior of farmers and enterprises,and constantly improve the quality and safety level of agricultural products.关键词
