摘要

Abstract

[Research purpose]Accurate identification of emerging technology opportunities is crucial for continuously improving corpo-rate innovation capabilities.However,emerging technology research and development often lack clear direction due to the absence of guid-ance,and existing literature rarely identifies technology opportunities through cross-domain knowledge transfer.To this end,this paper proposes a technology opportunity identification method from the perspective of knowledge transfer,aiming to efficiently identify technolo-gy opportunities in a specific field by referencing technologies from similar technological domains.[Research method]Firstly,retrieve and preprocess relevant patents in the target technology field.Secondly,determine the reference technology based on functional similarity,use the BERTopic topic model to extract and classify technical topics to determine the functional level knowledge composition of the target technology field,and then determine the reference technology with the help of IPC code and cosine similarity.Thirdly,build a fusion knowledge network of the target domain technology and reference technology through SAO semantic mining.Finally,link prediction meth-ods and a two-dimensional evaluation matrix are applied to assess and identify technological innovation opportunities.[Research result/conclusion]Taking the field of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles as an example,this case study demonstrates the transfer of technological knowl-edge from mature fields to emerging technologies.It successfully identifies technological opportunities across different fields and verifies the feasibility of the technological opportunity identification method based on integrated knowledge networks and link prediction from the perspective of knowledge transfer proposed in this paper.This provides a useful reference for enterprises to scientifically carry out techno-logical innovation.
