冲突性健康科普信息对用户健康观念与行为的影响效应研究
Impact of Conflicting Health Information on Users' Perception and Behavior
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]Conflicting health information is prevalent online.When users encounter true or false information that is inconsistent with their priori perceptions,the influencing factors,path and effects of post perceptions and behaviors will be significant for the governance of false health information and enhancement of the dissemination of true information.[Research method]The study a-dopted a group design of"2(conflicting health information:true vs.false)× 3(evidence types:narrative vs.data vs.professional)",and conducted an experiment and a survey to collect data for statistical analysis.[Research result/conclusion]The results show that there are significant changes in users' opinion after encountering conflicting information.Health information containing professional or data argu-ments has significantly stronger perceived credibility and behavioral influence than narrative arguments.The misleading effect of false health information on users' opinion is stronger than the corrective effect of true information;The corrective effect of true information on users' behavior intention is stronger than misleading effect of false information.At last,path and priority in the dissemination and govern-ance of health information is put forward.关键词
