Abstract
In the large-area automatic spraying technology of civil large aircraft surfaces,in view of the fact that the surface area to be sprayed of the aircraft is very large and the repeated positioning accuracy of the aircraft's parking position is not high,based on 3D measurement and positioning technology,mark points are calibrated at specific positions of the large aircraft.,measure the aircraft offset,adjust the robot spraying trajectory according to the offset,and zone the aircraft,thereby completing the automatic zoning painting of the outer surface of the large aircraft.This paper focuses on introducing the mechanical structure of the spraying system,3D measurement and positioning method,the composition of the robot spraying system and the realization method of the control system,and verifies them with experimental data.关键词
