基于知识图谱开展业务运行故障快速处置技术研究

Abstract
The business system of the public meteorological service center has complex data processes and processing nodes.How to quickly determine the fault point when a fault occurs and relevant information is scarce,identify the nature of the fault,and determine the method to repair the fault is a problem faced by the operation and maintenance workers of the public service center.This paper introduces the ideas,methods and related technologies of knowledge mapping,takes the service product generation process and nodes as the object,relies on the Neo4j database to build a knowledge mapping database of the service product production process,and establishes a"countercurrent fault troubleshooting method"to determine fault points and the speed of fault nature has been greatly increased.关键词
