海洋平台组块甲板片体生产线协同调度方法

Abstract
Flexible assembly line production is a common production organization method,and the collaborative scheduling technology is studied according to the specific needs of collaborative scheduling of deck and sheet mixed production line and the application of intelligent realization technology of deck and sheet production line.The collaborative scheduling model of the deck sheet production line was established from three aspects:the relevant parameters of the production line,the optimization objective function,the production constraints and the assumptions.In this paper,an improved genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the problem,which adopts a multi-layer coding method to ensure population diversity and avoid the precocious maturity of the algorithm.A single-objective improvement algorithm is designed to minimize the maximum completion time to reduce the amount of computation.Through example simulation experiments,the effectiveness and superiority of the algorithm are verified by comparing with the traditional manual orchestration.Finally,the standard production process information is used to prepare the assembly and welding plan.关键词
