复合材料障碍物检测梁一体化设计
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of the rail transit industry,mechanical obstacle detection devices are becoming more and more widely used as safety components of driverless trains due to their simple working principle,high stability,and mature technology.However,the traditional metal obstacle detection devices are not suitable for the development needs of the rail transit industry due to their large weight,low fatigue resistance,and low installation and maintenance costs.In this paper,the authors use the advantages of composite materials to carry out a structural-functional in tegrationde sign for the metal obstacle detection device used in a domestic model,which reduces the overall weight and improves the service life of the product under the circumstance of guaranteeing its strength and stiffness unchanged,and provides a new design idea for the lightweight design of the rail transport components.关键词
