Abstract

To analyze the status quo of chemical water treatment system in power plant and explore the path to improve the operation quality of chemical water treatment system in power plant.Taking the chemical water treatment system of a 2×530 MW supercritical coal-fired power plant in North China as the research object,based on the analysis of the low operating quality of the circulating water replenishment system and desulfurization system in the operation process of the chemical water treatment system in the power plant,AHP was applied to select the system optimization scheme."High concentration rate,zero discharge"as the core of the power plant chemical water treatment system technical model innovation and transformation.And on the basis of determining the scheme,further explore the selection and design of various types of equipment,as well as the specific process flow.After clarifying the technology improvement strategy of chemical water treatment system,it is applied in practice and the application effect of technological innovation is analyzed.In this transformation,the existing problems of the chemical water treatment system of the power plant include the deterioration of the operating quality of the circulating water replenishment system,the large amount of desulfurization wastewater,and the insufficient compatibility with the current concept of"zero discharge".The technical optimization plan is determined to add a lime softening filtration system to the original water treatment system,and optimize the technical parameters of desulfurization wastewater,so that the wastewater can achieve the purpose of"zero discharge".After the transformation,the fresh water consumption of the power plant was reduced by 509 m3/h,the external displacement was reduced by 2.458 million m3,and the water collection cost was saved by 6.902 million yuan.The concentration ratio index of circulating water is 7.1,which is significantly higher than before the transformation.The target of wastewater discharge has been reduced by 394.2 m3/h,a reduction of more than 95%.This optimization has achieved the dual goals of reducing water intake cost and reducing wastewater discharge at the same time,and has high economic and environmental benefits,which is expected to be further popularized and applied in the future water treatment work.
