摘要

Abstract

The precise and stable control of water flow during the loosening stage is a pivotal aspect in tobacco primary processing,significantly influencing the moisture control at the drying inlet and ultimately the quality of the finished tobacco shreds.Using production batch data from a brand at Chenzhou Cigarette Factory,this study applied Pearson correlation analysis,followed by the extraction of three principal components using Principal Component Analysis(PCA).Subsequently,a multivariate regression model was established to capture the relationship between the water flow during loosening and the inlet moisture under the influence of ambient temperature and humidity,achieving an R2 of 0.873 with all Variance Inflation Factors(VIF)remaining below 10.Validation results indicated an average error of 8.24%between the predicted and actual water flow during loosening,effectively enhancing the precision and stability of this control process across batches under varying environmental conditions.
