新能源履带激光除草机田间作业小半径转向阻力研究

Abstract
Weeds are extremely harmful to the growth of corn and absorb a large amount of nutrients belonging to corn seedlings.Corn fields mainly use a combination of manual weeding and chemical weeding to carry out weeding operations.This weeding method has the problems of high labor intensity and low operation efficiency.Moreover,long-term use of pesticides to weed will seriously damage the ecological environment of the farmland and is not conducive to the long-term planting of crops.The designed weeding machine can greatly improve weeding efficiency and reduce the intensity of manual labor.At the same time,it also avoids the problem of soil environmental pollution and ensures the good growth of crops.The selection of battery pack capacity and motor parameters is an indicator in the design of a new energy laser weeder.Aiming at the small radius steering situation of the new energy laser weeder in field operations,a calculation method of traction force,steering resistance torque and steering power is proposed,and real vehicle tests are carried out.It is proved that the steering resistance of the weeder when turning with small radius is much greater than that when going straight,and the motor is overloaded by more than three times when turning the weeder.It is concluded that the view that the battery pack capacity of the new energy weeding machine should be selected based on the maximum steering resistance torque and the motor parameter selection should be based on the power when going straight,which provides a basis for the future design of new energy tracked vehicles.关键词
