摘要

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the load and fatigue life of the pitch bearing of wind turbines,the analysis theory of the raceway load of the pitch bearing is first introduced,and a mechanical analysis model is constructed.Then,using this model,the changes in the raceway load of the pitch bearing when the contact angle is changed and the clearance is adjusted are analyzed,and the relationships between these two parameters have positive and negative effects on the rolling load of the pitch bearing are summarized.Then the nominal stress method and local stress method are used to analyze the fatigue life of the variable pitch bearing.It is found that the fatigue life of the bearing is large under both methods.It is found from the analysis of the factors affecting bearing fatigue life that the raceway hardened layer and raceway surface roughness are two important influencing factors.Increasing the raceway hardened layer and reducing the raceway surface roughness will help improve the fatigue life of pitch bearings;therefore,it is hoped that this research can provide reference for the optimal design of pitch bearings.
