Abstract
Lithium battery copper foil is an important component that affects the performance of lithium battery systems.In its production process,dissolved copper feeding is a key link.The traditional process uses manual operation,which has shortcomings such as high labor intensity,low efficiency,and poor economic benefits.Through the transformation of the construction process and the new design of the crane hoisting accessory,this paper designs a set of intelligent charging system for lithium battery copper foil dissolved copper,and carries out an example transformation and upgrade.The advantages of this system are:Intelligent control makes the feeding process more stable and reliable,and reduces interference from human factors.Real-time personnel identification in the work area and safety interlocking with intelligent systems,as well as safety measures such as emergency stop buttons,effectively ensure the safety of operators.Highly precise measuring equipment and optimized feeding process improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.The intelligent control system can monitor the operating status of copper melting equipment in real time,discover and handle abnormal conditions in a timely manner,and ensure continuity and stability in the production process.This system is a feeding system process that integrates operation safety and high efficiency,and is of great significance to improving the production quality and efficiency of lithium battery copper foil.关键词
