摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of almost all stages of the LNG receiving station tank truck filling process being manually managed,resulting in a large number of operators,high work intensity,no information exchange in each stage,and low filling efficiency.A customized intelligent tanker control system has been designed,including system scheme development,equipment procurement and debugging,online operation,and after-sales service.Based on the scientific principles and methods of intelligent technology,and by combining the current status of equipment,production process characteristics,and self-control data,the intelligent tanker platform established can not only run through the entire loading and unloading station business process,integrate information from various links of loading and unloading business,but also organically combine the management process with the control process,realizing the full process management of tanker loading and unloading and tank container filling on the same platform,effectively improving loading efficiency.
