摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of difficulty and flatness of end face grinding of special-shaped thin-walled bearing rings with bosses on the end faces,a special tool was designed and the process method was optimized to realize the grinding and processing of the end faces of special-shaped thin-walled bearing rings with bosses on the end faces,which effectively improves the problem of large flatness of the end faces.All accuracy indicators of the end faces of special-shaped thin-walled bearing rings processed by this tool and the improved process method meet the technical requirements.The feasibility and reliability of this process method in the grinding process of special-shaped thin-walled bearing rings with bosses on the end faces are verified,while reducing processing difficulty and rejection rate,and improving production efficiency.
