轻载道路"柔基强面"养护方案应用分析

Abstract
In order to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce the impact of maintenance operations on residents'daily use,the"soft foundation strong surface"structure was tried on the road which was damaged during the heavy load construction period but there would be only light traffic loads during normal use.According to HDPS 2017 verification,the"flexible foundation strong surface"structure can meet the 10-year service requirements of moderate traffic intensity loads.The rubber and plastic composite modifier RP was used to enhance the asphalt mixture of upper layer and middle layer which resulted in a dynamic stability of over 10 000 cycles/mm for the upper layer modified asphalt AC-16+rubber-plastic composite modifier and over 8 000 cycles/mm for the middle layer modified asphalt AC-25+rubber-plastic composite modifier asphalt mixture at 70℃and 0.7 MPa.The"soft foundation strong surface"structure has been applied on Yuanboyuan South Road,and after being tested in hot and rainy summers,no diseases have been found.关键词
