Optimization Scheduling Method for Home Energy Management System Considering Multiple Uncertain Parameters

Abstract
Under the operation of the new power system,the randomness of high proportion of new energy output has triggered load-side demand responses.The home energy management system integrates the management of flexible loads with strong regulation capabilities,reducing user electricity costs and participating in the optimization and scheduling.A scheduling method for home energy management system(HEMS)that considers multiple uncertain parameters is proposed.The HEMS scheduling method is based on distributed photovoltaics and various household flexible loads,considering both uncertain environmental factors and diverse user needs.While balancing photovoltaic grid connection rates with user electricity consumption,the model estimates uncertain parameters through non-parametric kernel density estimation and opportunity constraints.The non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ)is used to solve the decision results,and simulation comparisons are conducted in different electricity consumption scenarios.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method provides more reasonable and flexible electricity consumption strategies for different households,significantly reduce user electricity costs,improve distributed photovoltaic utilization,and exhibits robustness against multiple types of uncertain variables.关键词
