低盐度下金钱鱼对嗜水气单胞菌感染的生理生化及免疫响应
Physiological,Biochemical and Immune Responses to Aeromonas hydrophila Infection in Spotted Scat(Scatophagus argus)Under Low Salinity Conditions

Abstract
To investigate the response of spotted scats to A.hydrophila infection under low salinity culture conditions,spotted scats with a body weight of 200±50 g and body length of 13.5±0.5 cm were randomly selected for A.hydrophila intraperitoneal injec-tion at a salinity of 5‰.Serum physiological,biochemical,and immunological indexes were measured at 0,3,and 6 hours post-infection.In addition,the expression of genes related to immunity in the head,kidney,and spleen was detected by real-time quanti-tative fluorescence PCR.The results showed that 3 and 6 hours after A.hydrophila injection,the serum levels of complement C3 and complement C4,the content of immunoglobulin M(IgM),and lysozyme(LZM)activities in the treatment group significantly in-creased(P<0.05),and the content of blood glucose(GLU)significantly decreased(P<0.05)compared with those of the control group.However,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in the treatment group significantly increased(P<0.05)only at 6 h,aspartate transaminase(AST)activity decreased(P<0.05)only at 3 h,and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)activity significantly decreased only at 6 h(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum activities of acid alanine aminotransferase(ALT),acidphosphatase(ACP)and peroxidase(POD),and the contents of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and total protein(TP)in the treatment group compared to the control group.After 3 and 6 hours of A.hydrophila injection,the relative expression of interleukin-1β(il-1β),interleukin-10(il-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(tnf-α),and suppressor of cytokine signaling 1(socs1)genes in head,kidney and spleen tissues of spotted scat in the treatment group significantly increased(P<0.05)compared with that of the control group.关键词
