Optimization of Transportation Network Structure Based on Hybrid Axis-Spoke Structure

Abstract
Multimodal transportation network involves multiple modes of transportation and various nodes,and the complex and variable connection relationships between these nodes and modes of transportation increase the uncertainty of network parameters.In order to improve the efficiency of cargo transportation,a transportation network structure optimiza-tion method based on a hybrid axis-spoke structure was proposed.The hybrid axis-spoke structure was used to simplify the multimodal transportation network structure,describe the relationship between the network's starting and ending points,and establish an optimization model for the transportation network structure.Due to the involvement of some un-certainties in the relevant parameters used in the model construction,the proposed method utilized distributed robust opti-mization methods to approximate the uncertainties,so as to avoid their impact on the accuracy of the subsequent optimi-zation results of the transportation network structure.The logarithmic decreasing inertia weight strategy was introduced and improved on the basis of the traditional cuckoo algorithm and then it was applied to solve the optimization model of the transportation network structure so as to achieve the output of optimization results of the transportation network structure.The experiment showed that the proposed transportation network structure optimization method can effectively alleviate road congestion,realize the reasonable allocation of transportation network resources,and provide important support for the sustainable development of transportation in practical applications.关键词
