塔式起重机振动的模态空间最优控制
摘要
Abstract
A modal vibration controller based on the complex finite element model of a tower crane was studied and the control model as well as the installation sites for sensors and actuators on the tower crane structure were designed.Given that the vibration of the tower crane in modal space is decoupled,the necessary modes to be controlled were extracted according to the results of modal analysis.The modal reduction and modal coordinates of the tower crane were obtained through modal transformation.An optimal controller in modal space was then developed,and its control effectiveness was simulated.The results of both time-domain and frequency-domain analyses indicate that the vibration of the tower arm and tower body decays rapidly under the influence of the controller.However,there are still some limitations,such as the difficulty in adjusting the controller parameters and the tendency of the controller to become unstable.Optimization can be realized by appropriately adding more sensors and actuators.关键词
