Abstract
By employing Ansys Workbench and finite element analysis technology,the structural performance of the electric forklift truck door frame was studied to evaluate the stress distribution and deformation of the door frame under actual working conditions through advanced simulation techniques,thereby ensuring that its design complies with relevant safety standards.Firstly,the three-dimensional modeling of the door frame was completed using SolidWorks,with Q345 steel specified as the material.Following meticulous mesh division and optimization,an accurate finite element model was established.The stress distribution and deformation of the door frame under load were obtained through Ansys solver simulation.The results indicate that these parameters fully comply with the design safety standards.Further modal analysis reveals that the first natural frequency of the door frame was 28.02 Hz,which is significantly higher than the excitation frequency of the road surface.This ensures that resonance will not occur during operation,thereby guaranteeing the operational stability and safety of forklift trucks.关键词
