Abstract
With a U-shaped yard,container trucks can stop at any effective berth within the yard and interact with the dual cantilever automatic stacking crane(D-ASC).Therefore,it is essential to rapidly identify and verify these container trucks.Compared to traditional vehicle identification methods,radio frequency identification(RFID)technology can read data over long distances without contact.It is capable of quickly identifying both stationary and high-speed moving trucks by reading the tags attached to them,thereby efficiently collecting relevant information.A comprehensive overview of the main truck control system is presented,detailing its working principle,structural composition,and performance characteristics.The vehicle identification process flow and interaction between the main cantilever crane and RFID technology are outlined.Specifically,the system directs the truck to move to an adjacent berth of the destination berth to locate and read the truck's data tag,thereby accurately obtaining vehicle information.In the event of an abnormality with the working vehicle,the system communicates with the terminal operating system(TOS)to renegotiate and reissue the work task,ensuring seamless execution.关键词
