劳动者技能错配的动态轨迹及其累积工资效应
The Dynamic Trajectory of Laborers'Skill Mismatch and Its Cumulative Wage Effect

Abstract
The wage penalty phenomenon of skill mismatch of workers has been frequently observed,but the long-term evolution characteristics of this adverse state and its cumulative wage impact are easily ignored.Based on the tracking data of China Labor-force Dynamic Survey(CLDS)series,the study found that the skill matching trajectories can be roughly clustered into four types by using sequence analysis technology,among which the"skill adaptation"trajectories account for the highest proportion.Based on the growth curve model,when workers are in the trajectory of"mismatch lock"(both horizontal and vertical)or"inferior direction to transfer",compared with the trajectory of"adaptation lock",workers will face accumulative wage losses in the long run,where the accumulation of disadvantages shows an accelerating feature.However,in both horizontal and vertical dimensions of skills,the state of skill mismatch presents two kinds of characteristics in the long term,and this disadvantage shows an accelerating feature(including horizontal and vertical dimensions),namely,initial locking and process locking.Based on the above findings,relevant suggestions are put forward to reduce the initial occurrence of skill mismatch and block it in the process when it has been formed.关键词
