Abstract
Thermochromic microcapsules that can be reversed were prepared by in-situ polymerization using a mixture of methyl octadecanoate and methyl hexadecanoate as solvents,lactate-type thermosensitive dyes as cryptochromic dyes,and bisphenol chromogenic agents.Moreover,these microcapsules can be applied in the coating system to prepare thermochromic coatings.The influences of the solvent ratio of dyes and color developers on the color depth and color change sensitivity of the products were summarized.The effects of factors such as emulsification time,curing reaction time,pH,and temperature on the quality of microcapsules were evaluated.Finally,temperature-sensitive products with different temperature variation ranges,such as 31℃temperature-sensitive thermochromic microcapsules and 33℃temperature-sensitive thermochromic microcapsu-les,which could be industrially produced,were prepared.关键词
